Abstract:
Performance Manager enables people to create scorecards that, by aligning with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), track performance across the enterprise. Building on existing Dashboard Manager knowledge, this course provides demonstrations and hands-on activities that take learners from building goals to automating goal-based alerts through rules. As a business benefit, learners will be move beyond tracking historical performance to map out strategies for future performance, and align goals that can then be monitored against actual data.
This course is designed primarily for performance management designers who need to create metrics and analytics for display in corporate dashboards for business user consumption.

Activities in this course guide you through creating a few dimensions and a fact table. These smaller activities focus on the tools and features discussed within each lesson. You will have a chance to apply different concepts learned from a few combined lessons in workshops. At the end of the course, you will be able to put into practice what you have learned in terms of data flow design in a final workshop.
