If you are an expert Senior Business Consultant - Project Change Manager professional local to Minneapolis MN who can work closely with business leaders to manage business deliverables, to ensure business benefits are achieved and user adoption rates are high . The ideal candidate will have expert experience as a self starter, must be organizationally savvy, able to deal with ambiguity, senior level implementation consulting experience, cross-functional leadership skills, solid background as a business/technology liaison, Major consulting firm background, internal corporate/Fortune 500 implementation role or equivalent experience.

Job Description: To work closely with internal business leaders to articulate and document how business benefits translate into business and systems requirements. (People, Process and Technology)Leading and managing large cross-functional groups, including meeting facilitation and associated prep/follow-up. The Senior Business Consultant - Project Change Manager will work with business subject matter experts to define business requirements, Work with internal business and IT leaders, vendors and systems implementers to ensure business requirements are prioritized appropriately within scope, budget and time requirements, Status reporting and escalation to ensure business leaders are informed and engaged. They will be involved with, and may lead individual work streams as needed, change approach for impacted users and organizations, adoption measurements, communications plans, and training plans.

Nice to have: The candidate should possess a basic understanding of data warehouse and business intelligence platforms. Business acumen in retail, hospitality, health care or supply chain/logistics.
