If you are an expert Business Consultant/Analyst professional local to Minneapolis MN to document business and system requirements. If you believe you can help us meet the needs of our clients and play an integral part in growing our business we would like to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will have experience documenting detailed business and technical requirements, experience defining metrics and their calculations, experience navigating and understanding database tables, structures and queries, strong analytical background, high attention to detail, a self starter and able to deal with ambiguity, and experience as a business/technology liaison.

Job Description: Work closely with business and technical Subject Matter Experts to define document requirements, define metrics, sources and calculations.

Key Responsibilities: Admin level - metrics creation, definition and calculations, admin level - reports writing using business interfaces, user interface customization, and testing and data validation.

Nice to have: Financial, metrics or related experiences and corporate reporting tool experience. The candidate should possess a basic understanding of data warehouse and business intelligence platforms. Business acumen in retail, hospitality, health care or supply chain/logistics.
