RZ Solutions is a 16 year old company offering BI Software solutions.  We are an SAP/BusinessObjects Business Partner and Authorized Education Partner.  We are looking for an Account Executive to grow our St. Louis office.   All candidates MUST have a demonstrable record of success selling to mid-cap and large enterprise clients.  A strong BI/DM background is preferred.

The position requires someone who is a proven strategic IT staff augmentation sales expert and has an extensive and current contact base with Fortune 500 and 1000 companies within the St. Louis market. This candidate will be responsible for promoting, identifying and selling IT staffing services within designated territory to meet and exceed targeted goals. We are looking for a Hunter – someone who can identify and develop new relationships, accounts and opportunities.  It is also expected that the successful candidate will manage existing accounts and relationships. 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1.  Identify key accounts and opportunities.  Make cold calls.  Close new accounts.

2.  Sell RZ Solutions consulting services to prospective clients.  Negotiate bill rates.

3.  Develop client relationships to secure job requirements for business opportunities. 

4.  Establish the RZ Solutions name in our territory.

5.  Make sales calls and presentations in order to meet customer needs.

6.  Provide assistance and overall support to clients, manage consultant and administrative issues.

7.  Maintain close working relationship and open line communication with the client.

8.  Maintain area competitive market awareness and recommend actions to management as appropriate.

9.  Establish relationships and resolve issues with consultants at assigned client sites.

MANDATORY SKILLS:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales or Marketing or related experience required.

Minimum five years selling IT staff augmentation services to mid-cap and Fortune 500 clients

Highly conversant in technology

Highly motivated self-starter

Hunter mentality-Prospecting new accounts (lots of cold calls),

Excellent written/verbal communication skills

Strong relationship building skills

'C' level contacts/presence

 

Compensation is salary + commission + incentives + benefits
