RZ Solutions Cancellation Policy

Student Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel or change a course reservation without penalty by submitting a cancellation request via fax, email or phone. This request must be made at least 12 business days before the start of the course. Changes made within 12 business days are subject to a penalty of 100% of the course tuition.

Course Cancellation Policy:
We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment. Students will be notified within 5 business days of the course start date. Should a course be canceled for any reason, RZ Solutions' liability is limited to the return of any pre-paid tuition only. Please be careful if ordering non-refundable airline tickets.
