RZ Solutions Cancellation Policy

Student Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel or change a course reservation without penalty by submitting a cancellation request via fax, email or phone. This request must be made at least 12 working days before the start of the course. Changes made within 7 working days are subject to a penalty of 100% of the course tuition.

Course Cancellation Policy:
We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment. Students will be notified within 5 working days of the course start date. Should a course be canceled for any reason, RZ Solutions' liability is limited to the return of any pre-paid tuition only. Please be careful if ordering non-refundable airline tickets.
